AI-Cruit in collaboration with Folio3 Pvt. Ltd
Description
AI-cruit is an AI-powered recruitment management system that automates end-to-end hiring workflows for organizations handling high-volume candidate screening. It streamlines job intake, resume collection, candidate evaluation, and AI-conducted interviews, enabling recruiters to identify the most suitable candidates through objective, data-driven scoring. The system uses LLMs to extract job requirements and generate candidate-specific interview questions. Resumes are parsed using OCR and evaluated against structured criteria. Live interviews are conducted using speech-to-text and text-to-speech models, with real-time follow-ups and proctoring. Responses are scored with reasoning, and a composite score combines resume and interview performance to deliver consistent, scalable hiring decisions.
